The Story:

Brian Roman had a dream all his life to be a singer/entertainer. His passion for entertaining really started to take shape in April, 2005, when he made a personal commitment to pursue the career he had always dreamt of. Roman gave up his career in insurance and real estate and embarked on a strategic pathway to achieve his dream.

First stop on the road to success for Roman was to produce his first CD and to book Canada’s premier concert facility, Roy Thomson Hall, where he planned to entertain an audience of more than 2600 people with a one-man show. Roman mortgaged his house to pay for the production of the CD, the rental of the venue and the hiring of a music director with a 17-piece orchestra, back-up singers, and a 150-member choir. A superb marketer himself having raised funds and organized special events for numerous charities, Roman spearheaded ticket sales and with the help of dedicated friends and family was able to sell out the show. When Roman walked onto the stage of Roy Thomson Hall on the night of April 26th, he was greeted with a standing ovation from the packed house. His was the impossible dream, but through conviction, a personal inspiration that was dedicated to his grandmother, and the support of all those around him, Brian Roman had launched his new career as an entertainer and there was no going back.

Accolades from the media came immediately, especially from Canada’s national newspaper, the Toronto Star, which featured him on the front page and on the inside pages. Other media outlets including radio and television jumped on Roman’s unique and gutsy story and since that magical evening in April, 2006, he has gone on to thrill and entertain audiences across Canada, The United States, Europe and the Caribbean.

He has shared stages with the likes of Rita McNeil, Rich Little, Jose Feliciano The Nylons, and the Bare Naked Ladies. Now working on his 4th CD which is being produced and managed by former Canadian Idol Judge; Zack Werner.
